Design Notes

We need to consider where each basic part is placed to ensure that it can perform the transcription and translation processes most efficiently, which needs to satisfy the principles of biological design. Also, due to the improved heat resistance, we need to make appropriate adjustments to the relative positions between the parts and insert some bases in the middle to improve their heat resistance.
